This message from God seems rather obvious, but we sometimes act as if we know God’s ways and understand what makes God “tick.” Are you ever tempted to think that you have “a corner on God?”
God, in the end, despite all the theology and sermons and books, you remain a mystery to me. Forgive me my arrogance in assuming I know how you think. Give me the gift of humility in your presence.
