LARGO |Bishop Robert N. Lynch addresses FAST’s Nehemiah Action Assembly April 7 at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks. Speaking on the need for affordable housing, the bishop referred to Pinellas Hope, the temporary homeless assistance center operated by Catholic Charities. The bishop said, “It’s only a temporary fix and it will be in vain if we cannot create affordable rental housing for those who fall at 30 percent of the median income, who earn $16,000 or less,”.
