A little well-beingStudies show infants who receive massage regularly experience numerous health and emotional benefits.

The class was being presented by registered nurse and licensed massage therapist Margie Weiss, above at right, of the Family Massage Center in Safety Harbor. Studies show infants who receive massage regularly experience numerous health and emotional benefits. The class ran through March. Pregnancy Plus Medical, 5013 Central Ave., provides confidential, comprehensive services to adolescents, women and families facing the issues of sexuality, pregnancy and the responsibility of parenting. It is one of several diocesan Ministries of Mercy programs dedicated to helping pregnant women and families, and services are provided without charge.
