SALMON LOAF
Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon, flaked
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon.onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons milk
Directions
Separate eggs. Blend yolks with other ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last of all. Sit in pan of water and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Note: The secret of the moist loaf is in separating the eggs, beating the whites until very stiff before adding to other ingredients.
