GRANDMA’S FRIDAY SALMON CAKES & NOODLES

Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon
  • 1 large handful of corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt & pepper
  • oil
  • 1 bag of egg noodles
  • a little butter
  • lots of ketchup

Directions

  • Put the salmon, corn flakes, egg, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix it all up with your hands. Form into little patties and fry in the oil until golden brown. In the meantime, cook the egg noodles, drain. Mix in a little butter. Serve with ketchup on the side (mix it in the noodles and dip the patties in a “plop” of ketchup!)
