MACARONI PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 pound perciatelli or bucatini pasta, cooked in salted water
  • 9 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • While pasta is cooking, beat eggs well in a large bowl. Add pepper & cheese mix well. Add cooked pasta to egg mixture. On stovetop burner heat olive oil in large oven-proof skillet; pour in pasta mixture cook for 5 minutes till bottom. Bake in the middle of a preheated 375 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until set and top is crusty light brown. Serve warm or cold.
