SALMON AND RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • olive oil to taste
  • 4-5 olives
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 4-5 capers
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 small can (from tomato sauce) water
  • 1 large can red salmon
  • cooked rice

Directions

  • In a saucepan with olive oil, saute onions until slightly browned, add tomato sauce and water. Add salmon. Break up a little, lower the heat, add olives and capers, cook about 20 minutes until it tastes good. Serve over rice.
