MACARONI PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package elbow macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated cheese or 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese)
  • 1½ cups evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Directions

  • Boil macaroni in salted water and drain. Place some macaroni in the bottom of a greased deep dish. Top with some cheese. Continue this procedure. Finish with cheese on top. Beat eggs, mix with evaporated milk. Make holes with a knife, and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
