CHOPSTICK TUNA CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 1 can of chow mein noodles (small or large)
  • 1 6½ oz. can tuna, drained
  • 1 10½ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ¾ cup salted cashew nuts

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Reserving half of the chow mein noodles, stir all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into ungreased 1½-quart casserole; sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
